Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid impacting the next guest. A late fee may apply. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 30% of their service total and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Payment Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, and digital payments. Card and digital payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

Cancellation Policy
